Theatre Workshops
Our Theatre Workshops are led by experienced theatre-makers and are built on collaboration and creativity. We design our workshops to be group specific, tailored for secondary school/Transition Year programmes, university students, international students or specialty interest focused groups. Workshops may be text focused, or performance driven depending on the group. All of our workshops are immersive and interactive and require no theatre experience.
For workshop enquires please contact: jennifer.carbery@abbeytheatre.ie
Talks & Tailored Experiences
We host groups for combined experiences including historical talks, tours, workshops and shows. We deliver talks around a variety of themes and historical moments in the national theatre’s history.
School Visits
We offer tailored experiences for educational groups. These visits can combine backstage tours, theatre workshops, talks, expert insights and careers chats, to give students a deep dive into the world of theatre.
For group visits please contact: jennifer.carbery@abbeytheatre.ie
Don’t forget, we offer school rates and complimentary tickets for teachers on performances!
As the Abbey is a fully working theatre, tour routes and access to certain locations may change at short notice.
